DIANA ROSS-Upside down (Dodi's crossover mix) (1980)

Don't know why and how but my last post misteriously disapeared from here. I made two re-posts and as far as it looks I must do it again. Before I retry here's Diana Ross.
Oh yes, her probably biggest hit without proper extended version. 12'' offers only something above 4 minutes...single ? don't wanna talk about it. For this crossover I used little bit different aproach. Since I couldn't find instrumental version and original with sound quality close enouh to combine, after few attempts I decided to do it from instrumental and acapella versions. I made extended instrumental at first and than I added vocal from acapella. A lot of cutting and adjusting to create this 7:01 min long crossover.

Hi Dodi, i was lucky to have downloaded your Gold (Dodi's Crossover Mix) months ago from Limewire. Actually, i thought it was an official club mix. It was only a few weeks ago that I stumbled into STRICTLY MIXES that i found out you have a blog loaded with your great CROSSOVER mixes. So my thanks in your shoutbox is a little kinda late but i just have to tell my appreciation for your great mixes. It's quite sad that your files have been deleted by blogger when your mix is not commercially available anyway. There have been lots of these things happening lately in other blogs also. I'm a remixes fan and I've also started a remixes blog about a week ago and at this point, I'm also on a "wait and see" attitude if things will get better. Hopefully, it will. Anyway, hope you will on keep posting. THANKS DODI!!!
